grids. The resolution of the
coarse grid is roughly 36-40km,
varying by latitude/longitude.
The fine grids split each coarse cell
into 9 fine cells, each roughly 12km
in size. This sample domain uses
15 vertical layers spanning from the
surface to the tropopause.
